The Spice Girls are releasing their latest Greatest Hits album through Victoria’s Secret and no you don’t get a free pair of panties for ordering it. Apparently the Spice Girls were one of the greatest bands in the 90s but I swear the only song I remember them coming out with was If You Wanna Be My Lover. I was loving wrapped up in the grunge era back then so I wasn’t paying close attention. They were nice to look at but that song was like this repelling forcefield that caused me not harp on their sexiness and just get the hell away. They’ve seemingly aged well except for Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham, who I remember being my favorite at the time and is now blonde, very skinny, and unable to smile for some reason. Her facial expression never changes, it’s like she’s some kind of walking blowup doll that someone mistakenly forgot to leave an open mouth on.
Geri Halliwell quit the group in the late 90s to pursue a solo career that was so successful I never heard about it until now.
The album will be available on January 15th if you really wanna buy it or you’re just looking for an excuse to go to Victoria’s Secret.
