Bad boy rapper Bobby Brown is apparently doing a reality show on CMT where a man is going to try to reinvent Brown’s career by turning him into a country singing cowboy. I swear I’m not making this up, you can read the TMZ article if you don’t believe it. The singer of Humpin’ Around and My Perogative will be making the jump on a show called Gone Country.
He’s not the only one, they’re throwing Dee Snider who’ll probably be as great as Brown will be on this show, Carnie Wilson who’s no stranger to reality TV, Julio Iglesias, Sisqo and some American Idol person I’ve never heard of. I might have to force myself to catch an episode of this though I’d much rather it was on VH1. I can’t stand country music and the last thing I want to see is Toby Keith popping up in commercials every few minutes.
