Nick Hogan is the son of wrestling star Hulk Hogan who fancies himself a race car driver. He’s generally an obnoxious guy from everything I’ve read about him, and I’m sure if I tied myself up to my chair and forced myself to watch an episode of Hogan Knows Best I’d have visual evidence of this.
Nick Hogan also likes to street race, or at least he did before he completely destroyed his car back in late August. Nick ended up fine but his passenger, John Graziano, was nearly killed and is now in a nursing home or hospital somewhere in a vegetative state. A now former marine, John Graziano’s life is pretty much over. His parents don’t get along and are fighting about whether or not they want to sue the Hogans. They have every right of course, considering they encouraged Nick’s racing, bought him fast cars and never punished him for his previous street racing incidents. They have every right to sue Nick himself since it’s his stupidity that has for all matter and purposes cost their son his life.
So what’s Nick up to you ask? He’s gotta be mourning right? After all, that’s a heavy burden to have on your shoulders, another man’s life. A friend. Well, Nick has finally updated his myspace blog, and the majority of it is written rather poorly but I’m not goign to get into that because this isn’t really a humorous post. I’ll just say it comes as no surprise that he’s not the sharpest knife in the drawer. The real kicker is that the post is completely about his racing career and how well he’s doing. He even brags about how cool he is that he’s got his own racing team now and wants everyone to wish him luck for the rest of the racing season. Oh, but he does remember give a quick little shoutout at the end to his brain dead friend laying in a hospital bed.
Disgusting.
