I’m not quite understanding this one so maybe someone can help me figure it out. A woman’s group in Detroit called Full and Fabulous that deals with helping overweight women gain self esteem wanted Star Jones to show up and speak at a Health Beauty and Self Esteem Expo sometime in 2006. There’s a story to this about Full and Fabulous giving Star Jones money to fly to Detroit that used to go party instead which has the group peeved but that’s not why I’m posting about this. If you have a group devoted to being full figured and looking great through it, why would you contact a woman that’s not longer full figured after having gastric bypass surgery? Isn’t that sort of defeating the purpose? Wouldn’t it have made more sense to get maybe Monique or something?
With that said, it’s funny looking at Star Jones’ wiki entry and hearing that she denied having gastric bypass surgery in 2006 when I’m pretty sure she shrunk into a stringbean in an incredibly short period of time. Must be that Bowflex workout. You know you can be a rock star well into your 60s if you use Bowflex.
