I mean that literally, in a sense. Scott Adams, the guy behind the Dilbert comic, did some sort of virtual book signing in Second Life on October 30th where he invited people to poke him in the eyes, step on his feet, and kick him in the nuts. Either he’s some kind of strange sadio masochist or he’s a complete genius because this video is a thing of beauty and I want you to head over to Wonkette right away and watch it. Just think of the possibilities this holds. Celebrities could charge people money to beat the shit out of them in a virtual world and walk away with a small fortune, or they could sell their bodies and make even more while retaining most of their dignity. I think I just took a small look into Lindsay Lohan’s future.
