That’s not an opinion on my part, that’s her defense in the latest custody hearing being held today. She’s sometimes unable to go to the testing lab because her work as a pop star requires her to be out late at night. Buying chandeliers and sniffing gas fumes no doubt. Her attorney is actually using this pop star defense. Is she court-appointed or something? I can’t fathom that this woman gets paid shitloads of money to defend the wealthy when this is the best she can do. Then again, she’s trying to defend Britney Spears. This might be the best she can do. The attorney is trying to get the time limit Spears has to answer a request raised to six hours from sixty minutes but sixty minutes is the standard. Considering how things are going for her right now I wouldn’t look for the court to change the rules for her anytime soon.
Spears was supposed to take 14 tests last month and only appeared for 6 of them, which she did pass. It’s not even really the tests that are the issue really. It’s the fact that she can’t keep important appointments.
