Mickey Rourke is the kind of guy I’d expect to get pulled over on a motorcycle or a sports car, not a scooter. He was caught scooting down the street drunk after he swerved in front of a cop in Palm Beach. When told by the officer he had swerved in front of him, Rourke replied “No no, I’m alright”. High-larious.
Then again after looking at his mug shot, I can see him riding a plaid scooter with a baret on his head. WTF is up with that facial hair?
