Britney Spears was caught last night on video running a red light at a reportedly dangerous intersection with not only her kids but the court appointed monitor inside the car. The monitor had to have known what happened as someone outside began screaming red light as Spears went through the intersection. The photographers say the Spears appeared to be playing around with her cellphone at the time.

TMZ says that the judge has already expressed concerns about Spears driving with the kids and Kevin Federline’s attorney has already requested before that she not be allowed to have the kids in the car with her while behind the wheel. This of course means she’s either losing the kids again or won’t be allowed to drive with them. Since she’s always in her car, it doesn’t seem like she’s going to be seeing much of her kids should it come to that point.
