This writers / studios war is leading to some side battles in Hollywood, including one that Fox wants to get involved in with Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane. Fox is running out of Family Guy episodes, and rather than cut their losses with MacFarlane in the picket lines, they’re opting to move ahead with three episodes of the show that haven’t even passed the finalization process. MacFarlane, who actual voices three major characters, isn’t happy and you can bet your ass legions of faithful Family Guy fans aren’t going to be thrilled either if Fox starts screwing around with their show by feeding them incomplete episodes. To make things even more interesting, MacFarlane has been in the middle of renegotiations for a new long term contract with Fox for awhile now.
Dumb, dumb move. Family Guy has one of those rapid fan bases that’s liable to pull a show boycott or something if Fox actually goes ahead with this plan. They’d probably be happier with reruns for awhile.

is there anyone out there that can make a webpage having people to sign up saying that they would boycott FOX and we could send it to FOX? Or is there a way we could get a hold of FOX and give em a piece of our mind as a loyal fan?

You could always email various executives at NewsCorp but I’m not sure how effective that’d be in the end. Your best bet would be to check out DamnYouAll.net and keep an eye out on petition or boycott info. There’s already a petition there that’s been posted by one of the writers of the show in the General Family Guy Discussion area where you can support the strike. He gives a pretty good look into why it’s happening. There’s rumblings in the community now regarding Fox’s decision so I expect the fanbase will pull some kind of organized boycott at some point. I’ll make a post if I hear anything major since I dig the show myself.
On a side note, as I understand it if MacFarlane should cut ties with Fox, Fox owns the rights to Family Guy as well as American Dad. He’ll have to start from square one if negotiations fall through.
