I dislike TMZ, because it’s a cold day in hell when I have to defend Britney flipping Spears for something and dammit if they’re not going to try and make me do it. MSNBC talked about this this morning and for awhile I wondered if there was some kind of change in policy because i hadn’t heard about celebrities on there in some time. Unusual for them. In the video, you can see about 30 people distracted with their cameras crowding around Spears car as she’s trying to pull out of some place. I mean they might as well get inside of the damn thing with her, they’re that packed in around her. How she’s supposed to move, I have no idea but she eventually does and ends up on top of another dumbass photographer’s foot. Someone smartly yells “Well, if you’d give her a little space that wouldn’t happen.”
It gets better. Remember that guy that was almost killed the other night? (More on that in a bit). You’d think someone on the paparazzi side might’ve learned something right? They didn’t. MSNBC continued showing the video. Britney pulls an illegal u-turn, a stupid move considering all the shit she’s currently in but I have to wonder if she did it in an attempt to get away from the morons following her because the twit on her rear does the same thing, loudly screetching out of the lane to keep up with her. So if you’re going to jump on Britney for the u-turn, don’t you have to do the same for the jackass behind her? Does he get a free ride because he has a camera in his hand?
Speaking of, the video continues and you see Spears texting while driving. Ok, I know she’s stupid. The interesting thing is the guy that’s filming her might’ve been the guy driving the car next to her. So he’s driving with some sort of camera in his hand trying to keep the shot steady.
I’m seriously waiting for one of these halfwits to kill someone completely unrelated to Spears, like a kid cross the street or something. Completely ridiculous that this goes on.
Meanwhile, about that biker that got run over the other night. Everyone jumped the gun with varying reports that his entire body was broken or Spears was the one that hit him. It turned out that he walked out of the hospital with a tire mark over one arm and no other injuries. Still, he’s lucky it wasn’t a lot worse. Give it time though. If the paparazzi keeps it up everyone’s going to get the sensational roadside death they’re looking for be it Spears, a photographer, or someone completely unrelated to the two.
There’s another Friday court date scheduled where Kevin Federline’s attorney will present the TMZ video of Britney Spears running a red light with her kids in the car.
