Beauty Pageant Contestant Gets Mace Planted On Gown & In Makeup

Miss Puerto Rico PagentI don’t really understand beauty pageants. You never hear about them unless you’re actively seeking information or you just really, really want to watch that kind of thing (perve). I’m assuming you get something if you win, maybe some money. Regardless, winning this beauty pageant was so important to some woman out there that she sprayed mace in another contestant’s makeup as well as on her gown. Nuts to her, because the contestant, a Miss Puerto Rico from Puerto Rico, ended up winning the crown. Her real name is Ingrid Marie Rivera, and she’ll be able to tell her grandkids one day that she worked for that crown dammit. Shed tears, broke out in hives, and swelled for that crowd.

Meanwhile, the contestant that actually planted the mace is just as famous as she would’ve been if she actually had won, in that no one has any idea who she is.
